CGCA

Events

The Association's programme includes a full range of social, networking and reunion events.

Christmas Lunchtime Seminar 2001

Recent social activities have included a reception and private view at the Courtauld Institute, a luncheon at the House of Lords preceded by a tour of the Palace of Westminster and annual 'Decade Reunion Luncheons'.

The CGCA Annual Dinner takes place in a City Livery Hall, and provides the opportunity to hear well-known speakers drawn from industry, commerce, education, etc. Entertaining and thought-provoking talks can also be heard at events such as the President's Evening and the Christmas Lunchtime Seminar.

The annual Networking Reception for students has been timed to co-ordinate with the Imperial College Careers Fair. The emphasis is on informal conversation rather than company promotion, with members and guests offering advice based on their own experience.

We also organise regular guided walks in London and elsewhere.

The bar to the left includes our full events diary and more information on particular events.

Although many events are publicised via circulars sent with Imperial College Engineer, members wishing to receive details of all of them need to be on the 'London events mailing list'. Simply contact the office and ask to be added to this.
